Q: What excites you the most about working at a company like Apex?
I'm most excited about encountering new, complex challenges every day, and being at a company that not only welcomes them but actively values creative solutions and collaborative problem-solving. At Apex, you're expected to think critically, move fast, and work across teams to solve problems that haven't been solved before. That's the kind of environment where I thrive.
Q: Why are you excited about space?
Growing up, my grandfather told me stories about his experiences as a science reporter covering Apollo launches. Those stories instilled in me a deep curiosity about space and what's possible when you push the boundaries of engineering and exploration. Being able to work in this domain every day is something I'm genuinely proud of.
Q: What’s something you learned in your most recent role that you’re bringing to Apex?
Building lasting supplier partnerships is the foundation of a company’s success, and I'm happy to be able to do that here at Apex. Strong relationships with suppliers mean better pricing, more reliable delivery, and the flexibility to adapt when challenges arise. I'm excited to bring that mindset to Apex and help build a supply chain that can support our long-term growth.
Q: How do you see the role of Manager, Global Supply Management at Apex, and how is it supporting the mass-manufacturing of Apex’s satellite platforms?
My top priority is to enable the team to implement effective sourcing strategies across our commodities. The success of our team supports the continuous flow of production and ensures we continue to deliver our world-class products on time.
Q: What has surprised or impressed you the most so far during your time at Apex?
I've been incredibly impressed with the rapid iteration and pace of progress here at Apex. The speed at which we have been able to design and build new satellites and have a legitimate impact on the industry has been truly inspiring.
Q: Tell us a bit about what you do in your free time.
Being relatively new to Los Angeles, I enjoy riding my bike and exploring the city, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
