SPACE VEHICLE DESIGN & ANALYSIS
Apex configures one of its standardized buses to accommodate a customer-provided payload and executes system-level space vehicle analysis to ensure optimal on-orbit operations.
PAYLOAD INTEGRATION
& TESTING
Apex integrates a customer payload onto one of Apex's standardized platforms and performs functional and environmental testing per Apex’s standard test campaign.
FUNCTIONAL & ENVIRON. TESTING
Apex performs comprehensive performance and vibration testing as part of its standard mission service offering, with additional testing available on a mission-by-mission basis.
LAUNCH BOOKING & VEHICLE INTEGRATION
Apex procures launch capacity on behalf of the customer and provides in-person launch site support, including checkout and integration with the launch vehicle.
FULL-SERVICE LEOPS & COMMISSIONING
Apex manages LEOP and commissioning of the satellite bus — including operation of the bus during commissioning, and activation and checkout of all bus subsystems.
MISSION
OPERATIONS
Apex manages day-to-day satellite operations for the duration of the customer's mission, allowing customers to focus solely on data collection and execution of the mission at hand.

Apex's software-only flatsat can be downloaded by all customers free of charge. Emulate any Apex bus model and configuration package in an easy-to-set-up virtual environment.
Bus Emulator™ - Avionics & Data
The physical Payload-to-Bus data interfaces used in-orbit (Ethernet, RS422, etc.) connected to a representative flight computer.
Bus Emulator™ - Mech. Interface
A 1:1 model of the the bus top deck and payload interfaces, allowing for fitment, deployment testing, and Fields of View (FOV) assessment.
